1. Acceptance of Terms

StreamFC is operated by Mogoni Inc ("Mogoni Inc," "StreamFC," "we," "us," or "our"). By downloading, installing, subscribing to, or using the StreamFC mobile, TV, and web application (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the Service.

2. Description of Service

StreamFC is a media player utility that allows users to play their own video and audio content. StreamFC does not provide, host, include, or distribute any media content, channels, or streams whatsoever. The Service is strictly a software tool (empty shell) for playing content provided entirely by the user.

3. User Obligations & Content Disclaimer

By using StreamFC, you explicitly acknowledge and agree to the following:

  • BYO Content: You understand that the App is installed without any content. You are solely responsible for supplying your own content sources.
  • Legal Obligation: You represent and warrant that you have the full legal right to access, view, and use all content and streams that you input into the Service.
  • Authorized Providers: You are legally obliged to obtain your content from authorized service providers. You agree not to use StreamFC to access copyrighted material without permission from the rights holder.
  • Zero Liability: StreamFC and its developers have no control over, and assume no responsibility for, the content you choose to watch. We are not affiliated with any media providers.

4. Intellectual Property

The StreamFC application code, design, and interface are the property of Mogoni Inc. However, we claim no ownership over the content you access using the software.

5. Third-Party Services

The Service may utilize third-party services (such as metadata providers) to enhance your experience. We do not control these services and are not responsible for their availability, accuracy, or content. Your use of these third-party services is subject to their respective terms and policies.

6. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service to infringe upon the intellectual property rights of others.
  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the App.
  • Share or distribute access to the App in violation of App Store terms.

7. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Mogoni Inc, StreamFC, and their developers and affiliates from any claims, damages, legal fees, or liabilities arising from your use of illegal, unauthorized, or pirated content via the Service.

8. Subscriptions and Billing

Paid plans (Pro Monthly, Pro Annual, and Pro Lifetime) purchased through our website are sold and processed by our authorized reseller and Merchant of Record, Paddle, on behalf of Mogoni Inc. Recurring plans renew automatically at the end of each billing period until cancelled. Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy. Purchases made through the Apple App Store or Google Play are billed by, and governed by, those platforms.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend access to our Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, if you breach these Terms.
