StreamFC is operated by Mogoni Inc ("Mogoni Inc," "StreamFC," "we," "us," or "our"). We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting the personal information you share with us. This Privacy Policy explains our practices regarding your information when you use our mobile, TV, and web application (the "Service").

Short version: We do not collect your personal data. We do not see, store, or have access to the content credentials or playlists you use.

2. Data We DO NOT Collect

To ensure your privacy, we explicitly state what we do NOT collect:

  • Content Credentials: The connection details and content sources you enter into the app are stored strictly locally on your device or in your private iCloud Keychain. We have zero access to this data. We do not know what content you are watching.
  • Personal Identity: We do not collect your name, email, phone number, or address.
  • Viewing Habits: We do not track which games you watch or how long you watch them.

3. Information We Collect

We collect minimal data solely to ensure the app functions correctly:

Automatically Collected Information

  • Device Information: We may collect anonymous data about your device type and operating system version to ensure compatibility.
  • Crash Logs: If the app crashes, anonymous technical reports are sent to us via Apple's opt-in system to help us fix bugs. These logs do not contain your private data.

4. Third-Party Services

The Service acts as a player for third-party content.

Your Content Providers

When you watch a game, your device connects directly to the content provider's server. Your IP address will be visible to that provider. StreamFC does not proxy this traffic. You are responsible for vetting the privacy practices of your content providers.

Apple Services (iCloud & App Store)

If you enable iCloud Sync, your settings and content configurations are encrypted and stored in your personal iCloud container. We cannot decrypt or access this data.

5. Data Storage and Security

Your settings and data are stored locally on your device using standard secure storage mechanisms. If cloud sync is enabled, data is transmitted securely between your devices.

6. Children's Privacy

Our Service does not collect any personal information from children under the age of 13.
