Refund Policy

1. Overview
This Refund Policy applies to StreamFC Pro purchases made through our website. StreamFC is operated by Mogoni Inc. Website purchases are sold and processed by our authorized reseller and Merchant of Record, Paddle. Purchases made through the Apple App Store or Google Play are governed by those platforms' refund policies and must be requested through them directly.
2. 14-day refund window
We offer a full refund on StreamFC Pro purchases if you request one within 14 days of the original purchase date. This applies to:
- Pro Monthly — initial purchase
- Pro Annual — initial purchase and each subsequent renewal
- Pro Lifetime — one-time purchase
3. Recurring subscriptions
You can cancel Pro Monthly or Pro Annual at any time from your account. After cancellation, your plan will not renew and you will keep Pro access until the end of the current billing period. Cancelling does not automatically issue a refund—if you are within the 14-day window and would like a refund for the current period, please contact us.
4. Refunds outside the 14-day window
Refund requests made more than 14 days after purchase or renewal are reviewed on a case-by-case basis at our discretion. We may issue a refund where the Service has not functioned as described or where required by applicable consumer law.
5. How to request a refund
To request a refund, email us with the following information:
- The email address used to make the purchase
- The Paddle order or receipt number
- The plan purchased (Pro Monthly, Pro Annual, or Pro Lifetime)
- A brief reason for the refund request

6. How refunds are issued
Approved refunds are processed by Paddle and returned to the original payment method used at checkout. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it can take up to 10 business days for the funds to appear on your statement.
7. Chargebacks
If you believe a charge is incorrect, please contact us before initiating a chargeback with your bank. In most cases we can resolve the issue directly and faster than a chargeback process.
8. Statutory rights
Nothing in this policy limits any statutory rights you may have as a consumer under the laws of your country of residence, including rights of withdrawal under applicable EU and UK consumer protection law.
