Privacy Policy

Last updated: August 8, 2026

1. Introduction

StreamFC is operated by Mogoni Inc ("Mogoni Inc," "StreamFC," "we," "us," or "our"). This Privacy Policy explains how we handle information when you use our mobile, TV, and web application (the "Service"). StreamFC is a media player utility for content you supply; we do not provide or host channels or streams.

2. Information We Collect

We collect limited technical and usage data needed to operate and improve the Service, including analytics and crash diagnostics.

We process purchase and subscription status so we can unlock Pro features and restore purchases. Billing is handled by Apple or other store billing partners, depending on where you buy.

If you use cloud pairing or sync features, we process the account identifiers and related device or account information needed to keep your setup in sync across devices.

3. Playlist Credentials & Content

Playlist credentials and content sources you enter stay on your device and, if you enable it, in your private iCloud storage. We do not need these credentials to proxy your streams—your device connects to your content providers directly. StreamFC does not provide, host, or distribute channels or streams.

4. Service Providers

We use trusted third parties to help run the Service, such as analytics, crash reporting, subscription management, and Apple (App Store, Apple ID, and related platform services). These providers process data only as needed to provide their services to us.

5. Your Content Providers

When you play content, your device connects directly to your content provider. That provider may see information such as your IP address under their own policies. StreamFC does not proxy this traffic.

6. Children's Privacy

The Service is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

7. Changes

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time by posting the revised version on this page with an updated "Last updated" date.
