Paid on the web

Open Account
Sign in at app.streamfc.com and open Account.

Tap Manage or cancel subscription
It’s under Subscription plan.

Cancel in the billing portal
Paddle, our payment provider, runs it. Use the email you paid with, then follow the steps to cancel.
Paid in the App Store
On your iPhone or iPad: Settings › your name › Subscriptions › StreamFC, then Cancel Subscription. Or open Apple subscriptions.
Paid on Google Play
In the Play Store app: profile picture › Payments & subscriptions › Subscriptions › StreamFC, then Cancel subscription. Or open Google Play subscriptions.
Need help?
The billing portal email never arrives
Check spam. It goes to the email you paid with, which may not be your StreamFC email.
Or search your inbox for Free trial confirmed from [email protected]. It has a link to manage your subscription.

Does deleting my account cancel Pro?
No. Cancel first, then delete your account.

There’s nothing to cancel. It never renews.
